inproof - international project office, represented by Katrijn Dekoninck, respects your online privacy and handles your personal data with much care. Inproof is responsible for the use of the personal information that is collected by way of this website, and takes all measures necessary to ensure the safety of that use of the personal data. Should an incident occur that involves your data, you will be personally notifiedv according to the measures provided by law.

  • The content of correspondence with us, for instance in the context of a (potential) service that you ask inproof to deliver.

Retention period

Your personal data is kept in our database only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, taking into account the period necessary to comply with legal requirements. Inproof undertakes not to keep the data for longer than a maximum of 5 years after last use (or after the cooperation is completed).
